Spoon-feeding? What does it mean? According to the dictionary, it means: "to provide someone with knowledge or information in an oversimplified way". Can it be that we are so over-protective of our team that we prevent them from engaging in the process of thinking? Does this mean that we don't consider people's capabilities and, as a result, support complacency and laziness? Here is my take on this topic!
