Part of our daily life at work is to deal with people we don't necessarily like. The question is, how are you able to deal with the situation and how do you maintain a professional attitude even when you disagree with the other person? Sometimes it can be good to listen and observe people with whom you don't always agree because I think we can learn a lot about ourselves from people we dislike.
