We've all been told that the customer is always right. This is certainly not always true but what can we do to work together with the customer to make it right? I believe a customer perceives value on the full service experience. If we don't know how to effectively communicate with the customer and if we don't have the skills to educate the customer how the relationship should be, it will be a never-ending battle.
